The unbelievable has occurred in Port Harcourt, Rivers state.

According to Twitter influencer, Lazy Writa, a lady who went to collect her National ID card wearing a ripped jeans was given a thread and needle to sew it before she could be attended to and that's after she allegedly paid the sum of N3000.

He also claimed that another girl who was there in a mini skirt, was sent home, has there was no remedy to her mini skirt. His claims after the cut....
